Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn or unused, with tags(if any); and free of any odors, fragrances, or stains.

To start a return, you can contact us with your order # at shopsophieandsadie@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories, shoes, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The return + exchange process is simple! 

  • Email us to request a return shipping label
  • We will email you a return label for free within 3-5 business days
  • Return the item back within 5 days of receiving your return label to your nearest Fedex location
  • If the item is approved after inspection, we will refund your order (with the exception of shipping) back to your store account for you to repurchase anything you'd like.

 

Refunds
At this time, we only offer refunds in the form of store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your order total (with the exception of shipping) in the form of store credit to your customer account. 

Please allow us up to 5 business days for your return to be inspected and approved.
